employment.  In the assessment of the UCJ, the International Advanced Diploma in Business is broadly equivalent in standard to the Associate Degree and
should be assessed for admission to related undergraduate programmes."

    ADMISSION AND ENROLMENT PROCESSES
    Read the Admission and Enrolment steps below to understand how to apply
    and how to register for classes.

    STEP 1.  SUBMIT THE ADMISSION FORMS WITH APPLICATION FEE OF JM$3,000 /US$30.  
    Local Students:
    Make the payment at any RBC Bank, to Colbourne College account # 0081300004385.
    International Students:

    Submit ALL of the following;
    1. Copy of the Payment Receipt
    2. Completed Admission Application Form
    3. Completed Reference Form
    4. Write a 450-600 Words Personal Statement
    5. Copy of Government Issued National ID with Picture
    Submit the ALL the above Admission documents by any ONE of the following media:
    a) in person at one of our campus offices or
    b) Scan and email the documents and bank receipt to webhosting@colbournecollege.com or
    c) Fax the documents and bank receipt to (876) 906-8401 or
    d) Mail the documents and bank receipt to 6 Hillview Avenue, Kingston 10
    IMPORTANT!
  • Applicants submitting documents by b,c,d will need to call (876) 906-0918 immediately after
    sending to ensure we have received all the documents sent.  
  • All original bank receipts must be delivered to Colbourne by person or by post immediately
    after payment.  Send original even after the copy is emailed or faxed.

    STEP 2.  ATTEND THE OPEN HOUSE INFORMATION SESSION.
    An Admission Counselor will call or email you immediately upon receiving the application documents
    and bank receipt to discuss the registration process and to invite you to the Open House, conducted by
    the Admission Office on our campus or online for distant learners.  

    STEP 3.  ADMISSION INTERVIEW.  
    You will be sent via email an appointment date for an Admission Interview to be conducted by an
    Admission Panel.  Skype Interviews are used where applicants are unable to come in person.
      If you pass the interview you will be requested to submit your proof of passes/qualifications for
       acceptance.
      If you fail the interview you will need to send an email request for another interview date.

    STEP 4.  ACCEPTANCE TO THE COLLEGE.  
    You will receive a written Offer Letter by email, along with the Enrolment Agreement.  
    Within fourteen days of receiving acceptance you will pay the student/ holding fee of JM$27, 000 / US$270
    which is one part of the Tuition.  This amount is to be paid to (to RBC Ac# 0081300004385).  
    Don't forget to return a copy of the receipt and the signed enrolment agreement to confirm your
    acceptance of the offer of a place for the selected semester.
      The Student/Holding Fee is $7, 500 / US$75 for students entering Continuing Education only.
      HND-Degree Students are required to make the first deposit of JM$27,000 / US$270  within fourteen
    (14) days of getting accepted.
       This amount is part of the first tuition deposit for students paying in full.  For students using the part-payment plan,
        this amount is a first Tuition Deposit and Holding Fee.  The Holding Fee of JM $27, 000 / US$250 is nonrefundable.  
       
    STEP 5. NEW STUDENTS ORIENTATION
    After paying students/holding fees you are scheduled for the New Students’ Orientation.  All new students will complete
    an Induction Module and quiz. Student Handbooks are online. The Induction Module will assess you on your knowledge of the
    programme, etc. This is a short quiz done online.  You are allowed to make as many attempts as necessary until you pass.

    After completing the New Students’ Orientation, students will collect the timetable and for class.  

    STEP 6.  ENROLMENT AND CLASS SCHEDULING.
    Submit the enrolment documents with the Balance remaining on your Tuition, then select your classes for the session.  Commence
    your classes. Welcome!

    All students entering Colbourne College are subjected to the rules and standards of the institution.  
    Admission to Colbourne College may be withheld or withdrawn at anytime.   All students are expected
    to maintain acceptable academic standards and to meet all financial obligations at required times.
